BIBA BRIEFING - EXTENSION OF THE SENIOR MANAGERS AND CERTIFICATION REGIME - 26.9.17

Members are invited to a breakfast briefing, co-hosted by Herbert Smith Freehills and the British Insurance Brokers' Association (BIBA), on practical and implementation issues arising from the Financial Conduct Authority?s (FCA) proposed extension of the SM&CR to insurance brokers and intermediaries. The seminar will cover the key elements of the regime proposed by the FCA in Consultation Paper 17/25, drawing on Herbert Smith Freehills' experience of the equivalent regimes for banks and insurers and BIBA's insurance industry knowledge.
