In aid of:

During April the members of BIBA’s National Young Broker Committee would like to invite you to walk the length of the UK (and back if you can) to raise money for The Insurance Charities (virtually!)
With thanks to our sponsors

Instead of our Three Peaks Challenge planned for June 21 (necessarily postponed due to lockdown) our plan is to raise money for the Insurance Charities via a sponsored walk.
Participants will be split into teams with the goal to reach 813 miles racked up on Strava.
Sign up by 26 March 2021, download Strava and get ready to get walking, in your local park, high street, garden, wherever takes your fancy.
If walking is not your thing, then please think about donating any amount however small to support the cause via https://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/YourStepsCount
Please also share this email  with your colleagues - the more the mileier!
Our aims are simple;
  • encourage brokers to take time out of their day to day working from home environment to get outside ( or on a step machine! );
  • raise money to support a great cause - The Insurance Charities, who provide continuous support for those in need within the insurance industry; and most importantly,
  • to have fun and keep fit!
Once signed up, we will contact you to let you know your teams and how we will record our journeys.

If you have any questions plesae contact the BIBA membership team.

Each year the Insurance Charities help hundreds of insurance employees and their families in times of need. It can help with one-off payments, such as household repairs and electrical appliances, provide on-going financial help and give practical support to those with health, money and housing concerns. Working throughout the UK and Ireland it gives out over £1.7 million annually. It understands adversity can affect anyone and turn their life upside down. It wants to make sure that no insurance employee in need of help misses out. You can find out more here: www.theinsurancecharities.org.uk
