Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the Greater Manchester Region of the British Insurance Brokers’ Association to be held at 12.30 - 2.00pm on Friday, 10 December 2021 via Teams for non-committee members.
The Greater Manchester committees’ priority is to fully represent and support BIBA members across the region .We would therefore welcome suggestions for events or training for the year ahead, focusing on the issues that matter to you. If you are unable to attend but would like to put forward comments or suggestions, please e-mail me.
BIBA is a democratic, not for profit organisation run by its members entirely for their benefit and real value can be achieved in adopting the principle of ‘strength in numbers.’ With that in mind one of the AGM’s tasks is to elect Committee Members for the coming year. Very little of your time is required just as long as you are someone who can bring fresh ideas , have a desire to make contact and build relationships with regional member firms and an interest in discovering how BIBA are representing the membership where it matters with the FCA, government and other influential organisations.
For those interested , please complete the nomination form and return to membership@biba.org.uk. This must be returned within 14 days of this notice and you are advised that there may be an election process at the AGM.
